IC 1805 is a young star cluster surrounded by Ha emitting nebulosity, located
in the constellation Cassiopeia. The young age of this open cluster is very
apparent during image processing, when the prominent blue color of the central
stars was obvious. This region is also known as the "Heart Nebula,"
since it resembles a heart on a wider field view. There is a great deal of
interesting detail within this image that can be best appreciated on the higher
resolution view.
